PATEX™ is all-natural latex rubber foam manufactured by Pattani Industry in Thailand. We produce all-natural latex foam mattresses, body support mattresses, latex foam cushions, latex foam sheets, latex pillows, contour pillows, carpet underlays, convoluted latex foam sheets, agglomerated foam, and other customized products.

PATEX™ products are all made from 100% natural latex/rubber – there is no synthetic rubber/latex or other synthetic materials used in our production process. This means our products maximize the desirable properties of latex foam, including exceptional cushioning, breathability, hypoallergenic, anti-microbial, mildew proof and dust mite resistant, with excellent durability for extended life – all providing the best overall comfort and experience.

We have more than 40 years of experience in exporting to over 20 countries around the world, as well as domestic retailing under the PATEX™ brand name. Currently PATEX™ exports over 45% internationally. Domestically, PATEX™ is a leading latex mattress and latex pillow brand in the Thailand market.

Natural Latex Foam Products

At Patex, there are a huge range of products available for customer. These products – included natural latex mattress, natural latex foam sheet, natural latex pillow, baby set (set of latex baby-pillow and latex foam sheet), carpet underlay, fire retarded carpet underlay and etc – are available in different shape, size and hardness. Covering fabric can be also chosen. There are several kind of foam finishing machine – such as foam slice, cutter and convoluting machine – it means that customized size/shape can be done at our factory.
